Leloba Pahl is a leadership and team coach, international consultant and instructional designer with expert facilitation and training skills. Formerly a Senior Learning & Development Officer with 15 years of experience working for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, she is an independent expert on international protection issues, particularly, women’s leadership development, gender equality and gender-based violence. She has facilitated in-person workshops in over 20 countries and takes pleasure in producing and facilitating learning experiences for global, regional, national, and local audiences.
Leloba Pahl holds an Associate Coaching Credential from the International Coaching Federation and is a graduate of the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey with a Master of Arts degree in International Policy Studies in Development and Migration. Leloba holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Engineering Geology from UCLA and is a Jackie Robinson Foundation Alumni. She is currently based in Germany with her family and enjoys storytelling, podcasting, baseball, photography and drawing inspiration from nature. Leloba seeks innovative ways to integrate new tech, such as AI in Learning & Development with a human touch, and to promote social impact and sustainability.

Learning & development, coaching and having a positive social impact have been my passion for 22 years. For 15 years, I delivered consistent high-quality projects and learning solutions to professionals in the UN, NGOs and civil service. I am proud that leaders and teams have counted on me as a coach, international consultant, facilitator and trainer to help them manage change and lead with their soul.

From my work supporting the world’s next inspirational leaders to compassionate and dynamic facilitation, I incorporate a human filter in everything I do to see the motivations, intentions and impact on people behind each decision.
